In any organization there will be truly exceptional people; and they are doing substantially more than just meeting the expectations, utilizing an arsenal of leadership skills. These are the volunteers we identify as our Community Champions - that we want to do our best to fully recognize, appreciate and compensate with the highest recognition. WIth funding support, Our goal is to support female youth volunteers ages16-24 to initiate community projects and recognize them for their impact.
Through the support of GlobalGiving and your participation, we have been able to expand our reach to Tracy, California and Santa Cruz Califrornia.as well as incresed the number of schools engaged in Daly City.

A Trusted Messenger approach uses credible, relatable people—such as mentors, peers, community leaders, educators, or lived-experience role models—to deliver guidance, information, and support. It works because young people are more likely to listen, engage, and act when the message comes from someone they know, respect, and feel understands their reality.

According to the PARTI 2025 Imact report, we were able to support participant's mental health needs, increase youth's career connection ability, provided non-traditional education support that applied to increase academic success, and provided safe spaces for youth to feel valued and empoered.
