In Argentina, Your Futurereached an important milestone, graduating more than 300 young people who are now better prepared to take their first steps into the world of work.
Throughout the program, each of them had the opportunity to connect with the professional world through meaningful volunteer experiences alongside leading companies such as Ford Motors, Sofitel, Coelsa, Andreani, PWC, Zurich, EY, Oracle, Starbucks, among others—building skills, confidence, and new perspectives for their future. Students participated in mock interviews and inspirational talks to put in practice what they have learnt along the program.
Today, that effort is already transforming lives: 168 graduates have secured a job, opening the door to new opportunities, independence, and a brighter path ahead.
