Sponsor Bosnian-Herzegovinian youth to build peace

Dear friends,

We hope to find you in good health and even better spirits. We would like to inform you about the latest activities we had.

We organized a Peace camp for 21 young people at our Peace Farm. Participants came from both entities of BiH. They spent three days attending various interactive workshops together.

Participants had a chance to explore their own identity, learn about the importance of dialogue in peacebuilding and use their creativity to come up with valuable peace initiatives in their local communities.

Peace initiatives will be held in the upcoming months and we will inform you about their success.

All participants described their experience at the Peace Camp as a life - changing one and for many of them this was the first time to communicate with their peers who don't share the same religious beliefs or ethnicity.

Another workshop that took place at our Peace Farm was the one under the name "Mindshifters" which we organized with the support of Embassy of Sweden and Svenska institutet.

Also, we have started operating a Day center on the initiative of our mayor, Mr. Faris Hasanbegovic and with the financial support of Sanski Most municipality.

We offer various courses for children and youth. The courses range from languages ( English, Turkish, Bosnian) to creative workshops, IT course, and photography course. It is noticeable that both parents and children find our courses valuable and interesting. 

Throughout summer, we are planning to organize two more Peace camps and support several peace initiatives.
