The people of Palestine continue to endure one of the world’s most protracted humanitarian crises. Years of conflict, blockade, and repeated displacement have left countless families without consistent access to essential services such as clean water, food, healthcare, and safe shelter. Vulnerable groups—particularly children, widows, and the elderly—struggle daily to secure even their most basic needs. This project is grounded in the principles of Islamic social justice and aims to provide dignified, transparent, and effective relief through zakat.
This initiative utilizes zakat funds to deliver lifesaving humanitarian support to vulnerable Palestinian families while upholding the ethical, transparent, and religious guidelines of zakat distribution. Our goal is not only to ease immediate hardship but also to strengthen resilience, dignity, and solidarity within affected communities.
Through partnerships with trusted local organizations, YEÇED ensures that:
Assistance is delivered quickly, fairly, and based on verified needs,
Vulnerable groups such as children, women, and the elderly are prioritized,
All distributions adhere strictly to Islamic principles governing zakat.
The support provided includes:
Emergency food parcels and nutritional assistance,
Clothing support and hygiene kits,
Shelter items and seasonal essentials,
Where possible, psychological support for children and families.
Thanks to ongoing zakat contributions:
Hundreds of families have received urgent food, shelter, and clothing support,
Children have gained access to basic necessities that help restore a sense of normalcy,
Families report renewed hope, dignity, and emotional strength amid ongoing crisis.
Field observations continue to show that zakat is a powerful tool—not only for meeting urgent needs but also for supporting spiritual well-being, restoring dignity, and strengthening community resilience over time.
The project remains active and the needs remain critical.
Your zakat can change lives. Join us in upholding dignity, compassion, and shared responsibility for the people of Palestine.
