Our mission is to ensure that children from Masuria feel no less capable or worthy than their peers in Warsaw or Berlin. We want to equip them with the social skills they need to navigate life confidently and successfully. In rural schools, we organize Oxford debate tournaments-an activity typically reserved for major urban centers and universities. We empower young people by introducing participatory school budgets and youth-driven volunteer programs, where ideas and engagement come from the students themselves rather than being directed by adults. By working in groups, children learn collaboration, communication, and responsibility-essential life skills that the Polish education system often neglects, especially in the rural East. In addition to empowering youth, we support local NGOs, encourage social engagement, and promote volunteerism.
