Dear donor your support will establish Girls’ Digital Leadership Clubs where participants can continue practicing their computer skills, share knowledge, develop leadership abilities, and encourage other girls to participate in technology.
The clubs will provide a supportive environment where girls can work together on digital projects, discuss challenges, practice new computer skills, and organize technology-related activities within their communities. Participants who demonstrate strong skills and leadership potential can be trained as peer technology champions.
These peer champions will support other girls who are beginning their digital learning journey. This approach allows knowledge to spread beyond the initial group of beneficiaries and creates a sustainable model where girls become part of the solution.
Club members will also have opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. They can organize digital awareness activities, support community learning sessions, and develop projects addressing local challenges.
Donors will support the establishment and operation of these clubs through computers, internet connectivity, learning materials, mentorship, and leadership development activities.
The greatest value of this activity is its potential to multiply impact. Instead of supporting girls only through individual training sessions, donors will help establish a community of young women who can continue learning and supporting one another.
Over time, the clubs can become spaces where girls discover their talents, develop confidence, mentor their peers, and take leadership in promoting digital inclusion within their communities.
