Handcrafts and Creative Arts will provide girls with practical, creative, and entrepreneurial skills that can support their personal development and future livelihoods. Training will include beadwork, weaving, crafts, decoration, design, and the production of quality handmade products with potential local market value.
This activity creates a space where girls can discover their talents, build confidence, develop patience and problem-solving abilities, and transform creativity into practical skills. Alongside production, participants will learn basic product finishing, presentation, pricing, packaging, customer care, and marketing—helping them understand how creativity can become an economic opportunity.
Impact on the Community
The impact goes beyond individual participants. As girls develop marketable skills, they can explore small-scale enterprise opportunities, contribute to household incomes in the future, and potentially create employment opportunities for others. The program also promotes the value of locally made products and encourages young people to see their creativity and cultural skills as valuable economic assets.
