Many community groups, small initiatives, families, and local organizations need basic digital skills to organize information but may lack access to computers or practical assistance. F SSIBU seeks to make the Computer Hub a community resource where eligible community groups can receive guidance in basic digital documentation and records management.
Participants can learn how to create organized documents, maintain simple digital records, prepare reports, type meeting minutes, organize information, create basic spreadsheets, and safely store important digital files. The activity can support community groups, youth initiatives, schools, caregivers, and other local actors who need stronger documentation skills.
Donor support can help sustain computer access, electricity, internet services, printing, storage resources, software, maintenance, and practical training. This enables the hub to serve as a shared community resource rather than remaining available only to individual learners.
Better documentation can help community initiatives communicate their work more clearly, maintain useful records, monitor activities, and prepare information for partners and supporters. It can also help participants develop transferable digital skills that can benefit them in employment and entrepreneurship.
A donor's contribution can therefore strengthen not only individual digital literacy but also the organizational capacity of community initiatives.
