Creating a Digital Learning Hub for Youth and Underserved Schools

By IVAN SSEGUYA | Project leader

Education without access to modern technology can leave young people unprepared for the world they are entering.

F SSIBU Mission Foundation wants to create a practical solution by establishing a 20-computer community digital learning hub that brings technology directly to youth and underserved schools.

The centre will provide structured training for young people, pupils, school dropouts, teachers, and community members who have limited opportunities to use computers.

Learners will develop practical skills including typing, computer operation, document preparation, internet research, digital communication, online learning, and basic productivity tools.

Schools without adequate computer facilities will also be able to access the hub, giving learners practical exposure that may not be possible within their own classrooms.

Donor support can help us equip the centre with computers, furniture, power, internet connectivity, software, learning materials, trainers, and ongoing maintenance.

We believe digital inclusion can become a powerful tool for reducing educational inequality.

A child who gains computer skills gains more than technical knowledge. They gain confidence.

A young person who can navigate digital resources gains greater access to information.

A school that can connect its learners to technology gains a new pathway to modern education.

Your contribution can help turn this community hub into a place where young people discover their potential and prepare for opportunities beyond their immediate surroundings.
