Respected Donor Namaste!!

Many Greetings from RSKS India!!

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

Children belong to all section get education in Government schools, but most of them belong to poor, Dalit and deprived community. Children have to face difficulties due to change in rules at times in Government schools. Such a problem has been seen by making change in rules, when the Government declared to change school uniform of all children. But, most of the children are not able to buy school uniform as they are poor and thus, they find difficult to get education. They are not allowed to attend classes without school uniform and they have to return home disappointedly.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation, has come forward to help the children. Barna, a Remote village is 62 km far from Ajmer. There is a government school in which most of the Girls students are poor and dalit who are not able to buy school uniform. The oraganisation distributed school uniforms to such 45 students. Children got happy to get school uniforms. Also, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan distributed water bottles,School Bag, notebooks, pen, eraser, stationery, pencils, colors, ribbon, etc. to 205 girls. Children got happy gettin all the stuffs and thanked to GlobalGiving Foundation, Donors and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. Our activists had conversation with School Principal and students and gathered information. The little girls perceived to be students of convent schools after getting water bottles because only those students have such facilities which had been made possible for them by GlobalGiving.

Mridula, the principal of the Government school, Village Barna had conversationa with our activist and informed about the conditions of the school. She told that fluoride is included in the water in village and it is a problem. There is no arrangement of drinking water in the school due to which the girls students have to drink contaminated water which makes them fall ill and it affects their study. She thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation for distributing water bottles. Now the children can bring water in the bottles from their homes.

IMPACT Story 1 !!!

Maina, a student also shared her experiences with our activists. Maina is 13 years old and a student of 7th standard. She is an orphan. She lives at her maternal uncle's place as her parents died in her childhood. He uncle is a daily wage labour who works at a mine of stones and nuruter the family. He arranged meals for two times somehow, not to mention the school unirofm and Education Stuff. Poverty didn't allow them to buy school uniform and Education Stuff for Maina and she got disappointed. Now, the organisation has given her school uniform and Education Stuff with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, for which, she thanked a lot to Donors, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation.

IMPACT Story 2 !!!

Shivraj, a teacher at the school told that Sanju is a 15 years old poor dalit girl student. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan had distributed study material in this school earlier. The we had conversation with Sanju and motivated her and now we have observed positive changes in her. Sanju got Top merit this year at district level. She got fame for her family and the school, for which, the organisation rewarded Sanju. She thanked RSKS, Donors and Global Giving for the positive changes in her life.
