By Joseph Anthony A Chukka | Project Leader
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We are writing to provide a transparent update on our micro-project, "Feed a Grandparent in Guntur, India for 90 Days." While our goal was to raise $1,300 to secure funding for a full 90 days of service, the project did not reach its full target, raising $192 during its duration.
Immediate Impact: 15 Days of Nutrition in Pallekona We want you to know that every dollar you contribute is put to work immediately. Although the full 90-day goal was not met, we successfully utilized the $192 to sustain the daily meal program at our Pallekona Center for 15 days.
Continuous Nutrition: Ensuring 15 days where our grandparents did not have to worry about where their next meal would come from.
Urgent Heatwave Relief: Guntur is currently facing extreme temperatures. At our centers, we are providing extra buttermilk and curd to prevent dehydration among the elderly, who are the most vulnerable to this harsh summer weather.
Our Ongoing Commitment Despite the funding challenges, BASS is continuously operating three active daily meal centers. We remain dedicated to providing daily care and nutrition because the need for food and safety never stops. Our doors remain open to ensure our elders are protected, fed, and hydrated during these difficult months.
A Request for Your Continued Partnership To keep our centers running and our plates full, we humbly ask for your support once again.
Your contribution today directly funds the meals, clean water, and cooling hydration that our community members desperately need right now.

Thank you for your resilience and for standing with BASS.
Your kindness is what allows us to keep serving, even in the most challenging circumstances.
With sincere gratitude,
