Dear Friends,
We are excited to share that, thanks to the support of many people and organizations who believe in our mission, we successfully achieved the goal of bringing safe water solutions to rural schools in Santiago del Estero.
Although this microproject did not reach its fundraising target through GlobalGiving alone, the visibility and support generated through the campaign helped us secure additional funding from partner organizations, allowing us to move forward and make the project a reality.
Over the past months, we worked with rural school communities to improve access to safe drinking water through the installation of water solutions and the delivery of water purification systems. These actions are helping children, teachers, and families reduce their exposure to waterborne diseases while promoting healthier daily habits.
But this project was about more than infrastructure. We also used these opportunities to talk with students and families about hygiene, health, and the importance of safe water. By combining education with practical solutions, we are helping communities build long-term habits that will benefit future generations.
Access to clean water changes lives. It helps children stay healthier, attend school more regularly, and focus on learning instead of worrying about basic needs. Every family that now has safer water represents a step toward a stronger and more resilient community.
Thank you for believing in this vision. Whether through a donation, sharing our project, or simply following our work, you helped make this impact possible. Together, we are creating opportunities for rural children to grow up healthier and build brighter futures.
With gratitude,
Fundación San Genaro Team
