A Happy Meal - Mullaitivu

We extend our sincere appreciation to all of our generous donors who have made invaluable contributions through GlobalGiving, enabling the successful execution of the Happy Meal Feeding Program.

Thanks to the unwavering financial support received via GlobalGiving, we are delighted to report the successful implementation and completion of the program at Sutha Pre School and Parimathiya Pre School. The details of the program's impact are as follows:

1. Sutha Pre School:
   • Average of 18 school days per month (since the last report)
   • Meals provided for approximately 67 preschoolers (Since the last report)
   • A total of 4,398 meals provided during the four-month period from September to December 
2. Parimathiya Pre School:
   • Average of 18 school days per month (since the last report)
   • Meals provided for approximately 60 preschoolers (since the last report)
   • A total of 4,062 meals provided during the four-month period from September to December

In addition to sustaining the meal provision initiative, we are actively monitoring the heights and weights of the children benefiting from the program. This comprehensive assessment will allow us to gauge the full impact of our meal provisions on their overall well-being.

We are pleased to inform you that the success of the program has led to funds saved, and in line with our commitment to transparency and responsible financial management, we have decided to transfer these surplus funds to upcoming campaigns to support children. Your generous contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of these preschoolers, and we remain deeply grateful for your unwavering support.
