The proposed project aims to establish a special school designed to cater to the educational needs of children with physical, cognitive, emotional, and developmental disabilities. This school will provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where each child receives a personalized education tailored to their abilities and challenges. Our goal is empower them.
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, communicate, and live with dignity. Yet in Tiruchirappalli, 93 children with autism and developmental disabilities are waiting for specialized education and therapy because resources are limited. Without early intervention, they face lifelong barriers to learning, communication, independence, and social inclusion. Many families cannot afford private services, leaving their children without the support needed to reach their full potential and thrive.
This project will expand our special school in Tiruchirappalli, enabling more children with autism and developmental disabilities to access life-changing education and therapy. Funding will provide therapy equipment, learning materials, transportation, facility support, and qualified staff. These resources will strengthen services for 35 enrolled children and help reduce the waiting list of 93 children, giving them the skills to communicate, learn, build relationships, and achieve independence.
By expanding access to specialized education and therapy in Tiruchirappalli, this project will create lasting opportunities for children with autism and developmental disabilities.Children will develop stronger communication, social, academic, and independent living skills, enabling greater participation in school, family, and community life.Over time, more children will access critical support, reducing barriers to education, promoting inclusion, and helping them live independently with dignity
