What is it they say about a photo being worth 1,000 words? I'm hoping that is the case today as I report to you about our need for a truck. As you can see, our greenhouse project in Mombasa is flourishing! Look at all those delicious vegetables!
Now imagine using a motorcycle or rental truck to get the vegetables to market. We have been renting a truck for only three months at a time, still hoping for the funds to purchase our own truck. Sadly, it's been a slow fundraising process and the need is great.
We continue to write grants and search for additional ways to raise the money we need to purchase a truck. We are so determined to meet this need! Do you know a sponsor who might be interested in taking on this project? A corporate sponsor or foundation?
