Babies are born, they need nurturing, cuddles, warmth, security and at Grace Village the residential project of Abraham's Oasis this happens just like that in Cherenet, the baby house where the delightful carers provide the care they need.
Sadly others could be abandoned but rescued with their hurting, devastated mothers and housed and cared for at Grace Village, in order to enable the mother's to care for the babies. Three pregnant mothers have found shelter and two have delivered their infants.
Still others not abandoned per sae, but abandoned by health services, food security, safety... Mothers dying, mothers displaced, mothers with no milk supply. Abraham's Oasis' midwife follows on those referred to us, 30 babies are followed and receive baby milk supplies. This too is precious and you have helped.
