Challenge

According to data prepared by the "Supreme Audit Office", over 50% of children after the age of 18 returns to the pathological environment, 30% register as unemployed, less than 10% start their studies. There is no data as to what percentage of children from orphanages graduate. These data show that there is a child who has been harm by parents and placed in an orphanage, does not receive sufficient educational support in Poland.

Solution

The project will help prepare young people from orphanages to improve their knowledge of financial education, prepare them to enter adulthood (after leaving the orphanage) and compensate for their educational gaps compared to their peers.

Long-Term Impact

The potential long-term impact of the project is: increasing the educational and professional opportunities of the project beneficiaries, starting to think about applying to studies and an easier start in professional life and building a future career.
