By Isaac Robert Kwapong | Project Leader
Dear Partners, As we continue to build the new STEM Junior High School Building that will support early child development in the village of Ayenya, we realise the current building that houses the Junior High School has become hazardous to teaching and learning and need an immediate response. With this situation, we decided to pause the new building project and redirect funds to refurbish the current building. We joined forces with the community, breaking down all the walls. We have currently rebuilt the walls to the window level. The next phase is to begin work on cementing the floors, finishing the walls and then fixing windows and doors.
We hope you will all understand our decision to halt the new building project to refurbish the old one so that the children and students can have a safe and sound environment to learn and likewise the teachers.
Thank you for your continuous support.
