AIL has always had capacity to respond to emergency situations. AIL’s emergency aid includes food, clothing, cooked meals, blankets and other household goods. The aid goes to people who are suffering from some sort of disaster or adverse weather situation but also to those who are poor and struggle day to day to provide for their families.
In May, AIL distributed 50 sets of clothes to orphan children in Jaghare village, Injil district. The children were delighted to receive new clothes for the Eid celebrations. Food parcels were also distributed to needy families for Eid.
Thank you for your support for the most vulnerable in Afghanistan.
