Summary

In many countries of Africa poverty is the order of the day and the prevalence of a wide range of commodities and mineral resources that are still used for trade are of no consequence. The project is going create a space where youth can learn and lead business programmes, primarily for sustainability of food security on the African continent. To facilitate workshops and to transfer the skills/technology projects, where different agro-ecology business initiatives can be presented to the youth.

Challenge

SA has highest Youth Unemployment. Agriculture and Tourism skills are one of the highest needs but youth lack knowledge. Youth are embedded with "black tax" especially educated youth but remain unemployed even after university bachelors degrees accomplishments. Youth have resources but do not know how to use them, therefore the project is there to be an eye opener, resource and empowerment for them to grow successful businesses. Poverty and hunger.

Solution

Workshop youth on entrepreneurship Render training on Agro-business and production. Exports and Imports Information. How to produce in high scales. Create jobs for the people in their communities. Food Production and economic growth. Eradication of poverty using low expense farming and resources

Long-Term Impact

Supply of big business locally even nationally. Gaining access to tender with municipalities, hospitals, schools and prisons with fresh produce. Being able to teach other youth on agricultural business. Sustaining families with food and financial capacity. Providing Jobs in the communities.
