Shy little Jie, along with her three younger brothers, has long been cared for solely by her hardworking father. Because of his unstable work schedule and limited time to assist, Jie’s second-grade studies often lacked proper support, which caused delays in learning and gradually affected her confidence and self-esteem.
With her school teacher’s thoughtful recommendation, Jie joined an after-school tutoring program where she received consistent, patient guidance and encouragement from caring teachers. Over time, she gradually overcame her initial dislike of homework, learned to complete her school tasks independently, and began to develop confidence, a positive attitude, and social skills. She now willingly helps her classmates and teachers, participates actively, and happily shares her school experiences with her father at home, strengthening their parent-child bond and bringing warmth and joy to the family.
