In 2025, we at Coromoto 2020 are intensifying our efforts to support migrants and the Venezuelan diaspora in Florida by expanding our Food Delivery Programme. Our primary aim is to provide monthly support to 400 individuals and families facing food insecurity due to financial hardship. This represents a significant increase from our previous bimonthly efforts, demonstrating our strengthened commitment to sustainable impact.

Programme Objectives:

  • Deliver 400 food parcels monthly to vulnerable migrants and Venezuelan migrants in Florida
  • Support diverse community groups, including:
  1. Elderly individuals living in isolation or with limited resources
  2. Migrant families facing resettlement and integration challenges
  3. Women recovering from domestic violence
  4. Individuals enrolled in addiction rehabilitation programmes

Impact Goals:

By the end of 2025, we anticipate:

  • Supporting over 4,000 individuals with food security assistance.
  • Enhancing the well-being and dignity of vulnerable Venezuelan communities.
  • Strengthening community networks and fostering resilience.

Performance Highlights (KPIs) - Target 2025

SDG 2: Zero Hunger - By addressing chronic food insecurity in vulnerable communities.

SDG 3: Good health and Well-being - Through nutrition support in rehabilitation and recovery contexts.

SDG 10: Reduce Inequalities - By focusing on underserved migrant populations and the Venezuelan diaspora

SDG17: Partnerships for the Goals - By collaborating with shelters, Charity organisations, the Catholic Church and volunteer networks.

Our 2025 expansion in Florida, U.S., represents a bold step toward sustained humanitarian support for migrants and the Venezuelan diaspora. Through our work, we aim to scale our impact effectively and respectfully, offering support, compassion and dignity to every beneficiary we reach.
