Project Report | Dec 1, 2025
The forgotten ones....lest we forget.....

By Barbara Rosasco | Secretary & Treasurer

                              December 2 is Giving Tuesday

Your donations up to $ 2500  will be able to receive a proportional matching donation from GlobalGiving.

"Lest we forget" is a phrase  often used to urge remembrance.. Today, in this report we use it to draw attention to the fragile indificuals  in our program, who must struggle daily to survive to have even  the most basic of life's necessities.  There are  24 remaining participants in our FSP  ( Family Support Program) . During Mark's visit to Cambodia in October, without exception, he learned that without the very modest support that our program provide, that these individuals would be completely destitute.  It is easy for society to " forget"  or simply not see these individuals who live lives of extreme poverty in quiet desperation.

Our program, has for more than 25 years, provided last resort compassionate care to fragile individuals and families impacted by HIV status and extreme poverty. We hope that you will continue to help us to enable our program members to live  a life of basic dignity with housing and food support.

Our monthly funding need remains  constant at approximately $ 2600  to support for 24 legacy participants: 7 children and 17 adults, of whom 4 are elderly,  age 75-85. The children are age 6 to 16.  Most, if not all of our program members , have  little or no other means of reliable meaningful support.

We are deeply grateful to you, our kind donors, for your continued support.

Barbara & Mark Rosasco
