Care for 20 Children 0-10 Years Old in Philippines

The year 2026 is shaping up to be another busy one for Angel House Orphanage, with adoptions, children being reunited with their families, and new arrivals who will need our loving care and protection. This month, we are thrilled to introduce four young children to their new adoptive parents, providing them with the loving family they truly deserve.

We are continuing our community outreach programs that offer full educational assistance to fifty elementary students and provide a monthly sack of rice to eighteen of the most disadvantaged families. We are fortunate to have the Two Dads and Three Girls Foundation from the USA as our sponsor for both community initiatives.

For our residential program, we heavily rely on your donations through GlobalGiving, which allow us to provide the essential care and protection that these young children need. This includes access to quality healthcare, education, nutritious meals, counseling, and activities that encourage their mental, social, and physical development. We work closely with their families to facilitate reintegration when they are ready or to help them find new families in partnership with the National Child Care Authority (NACC).

As we approach the end of 2025 there is an opportunity to reflect on the challenges as well as the success stories of the past year.

Thanks to your amazing financial support through GlobalGiving, Angel House provided loving care and protection to twenty-two vulnerable young children, with five infants being processed for adoption and the remaining seventeen kids for temporary care. During the year we successfully reunited five young children with their families and completed one adoption.

We continued our community outreach programs that provided educational support for fifty children from poor families, enabling them to attend school and achieve their dreams of a better life. We provided food for eighteen families living in poverty to help raise the quality of their life through better nutrition.

The challenge as always is to maintain the very high standards that are demanded by the Department of Social Services (DSWD) and the National Authority for Child Care (NACC), both of which have long lists of requirements and conduct regular inspections.

Another challenge is to have enough funds to continue providing these high standards of care, but thanks to your support, particularly from our monthly donors, we have managed to raise enough funds to cover our expenses.

As we look forward to the festive season and a time of celebration, we can reflect on completing another successful year in Angel House Orphanage!
