Hello Valued Supporters
In this report, we’d like to tell you about how we evaluate the effectiveness of our program.
It is very important for us to obtain feedback every year from the institutions that we serve in order to constantly monitor and improve our effectiveness. In addition to individual evaluations, we also conduct global evaluations by polling the participating institutions at the end of each year. Participating institutions are asked to rate the AAT program’s effectiveness by providing scores of:
Excellent Very good Satisfactory Poor
The scores are given on the basis of how the AAT program has helped participants in the following areas:
Participating organizations were also asked to rate the manner in which the program is administered with reference to:
We are happy to report that feedback received from the questionnaires and surveys consistently shows a high satisfaction rate - the majority of replies praise the professionalism and dedication of our staff. For example, onene kindergarten wrote us:
"This was a great year. The therapists were very professional and the kids loved them. Everyone was excited to attend the treatment each week which was conducted in a spirit of inclusion and respect. Thank you!"
We are grateful to you, our valued supporters, for making this wonderful program possible!
