Vet Patrol 2023 Continues:
Poverty in humans means the animals around those people will suffer in silence and will not be able to do anything against it. They depend on people to help them and if we do not help, who will? Education in small communities is vital.
This week we visited two poor areas in Ilfov County outside of Bucharest . We have met humans that are discriminated against in their every day life because they are from a different ethnic group. First they thought we wanted to persecute them, but once they realized our mission was to help their animals they opened up their hearts and yards and brought their animals to us. Locals were so grateful for this help!
Dogs, cats, puppies, kittens were treated for skin diseases, parasites, vaccinated, wormed, and those old enough taken to Center of Hope for spays and neuters. Emergencies were also tranported by our two vehicles back to Center of Hope for treatment. Both the HOPE ambulance and the Spay Shuttle were used for Vet Patrol.
We will never stop helping where animals have no chance for a better life and we invite you to continue to help us do so.
Your donations allow us to help so many animals. Thank you and please share our hard work for Romanian animals.
