Romania Animal Rescue works with local rescuers and educators to change how Romanian people treat animals and set a better example for future generations.
Every Spayathon is an event at the heart of the community. RAR vets use this opportunity to talk to community members about compassion towards animals and animal welfare, and distribute educational booklets.
We have initiated focused animal rescue education in Romania at the Center of Hope hospital near Bucharest and at Family Vet clinic in Craiova, including:
*Field Trips for Children: These trips aim to educate young people about animal care, welfare, and the importance of compassion towards animals. Engaging children in hands-on experiences can foster a sense of responsibility and empathy.
*Training Seminars: Offering training for veterinarians and veterinary students is crucial for enhancing the knowledge and skills of those entering the profession. These seminars cover various topics, including animal health, welfare practices, and rescue techniques.
Such programs not only help improve animal welfare but also promote a culture of care and responsibility in the community.
Please join us in this life-changing approach to help the animals. We depend on your support to enable all our hard work.
