On Friday the 28th of September we started our educational program in Ploiesti a bout humane animal treatment and importance of sterilizations. We received the educational brochures from Romania Animal Rescue. The kids were enchanted! Several parents told us later their kids went home and enthusiastically recommended sterilizations of the animals in their neighborhoods!
