Dear Romania Animal Rescue Education Program Supporters,

Happy New Year to you!  2015 was an extremely productive year, our best yet, thanks to support from wonderful donors who understand the importance of spay and neuter, animal welfare education,  and vet care!  More and more communities are understanding how to humanely treat their fellow beings, whether owned or community animals.

Thanks to projects like Romania Animal Rescue's education booklets, the offer of free vet care for homeless animals and those from impoverished guardians, free spay and neuter services, and educating young vets with our sponsorships for Romanian vets to attend the Veterinary Training Camp, the future looks brighter than ever.   Romania Animal Rescue spayed and neutered almost 10,000 animals in 2015, bringing our charity grand total to over 43,000 spays and neuters.  Each one of these surgeries is granted to a person who has been educated on animal welfare and the need to stop needless suffering. Each guardian or charity manager who uses our services spreads the word to others in his or her community.  Our education books that you help support have helped to make a huge impact on communities and in schools. Charities have begun education campaigns using the RAR books which we are happy to give to help thanks to the support we get from our donors.  We thank you for this help for the animals.

Now for some SUPER news: the construction of our new Romania Animal Rescue Spay/Neuter Center, Homeless Animals Hospital, Education Center, and Veterinary Training Camp Headquarters, along with the launching point for HOPE, our mobile spay clinic, has commenced.  The Center  location is being built just outside of Bucharest and will serve communities in a 100 km radius.   This state of the art center  will provide free spays and neuters and vet care for those who cannot afford to pay and homeless animals, subsidized spay and neuters and vet care, and vet services for hire to help us raise funds for more work and to pay salaries for vets and techs.

With the building of this Center, we will have an Education Headquarters as well.   A place for schools to send their students on field trips to learn about veterinary care, and to learn about how to become a vet in the future.   A place to have gatherings for special events or day trips to the Center.  A place where we can hold our own educational seminars.

We are asking for help to build the Center at the cost of $20 per virtual brick.  Please help us spread the word and ask your friends to invest in the future for Romanian animals to stop the suffering.   If all goes to plan, and if we receive the required funds, we hope to have the ribbon cutting ceremony for this new Center in mid October, 2016.

For us, this is a Dream in the making.  For the Romanian animals, it is a Dream come true.  Please help us invest in the future, a future of kindness and compassion.   Thank you for your time and for reading our latest update.  I wish you a lovely 2016!  * Please enjoy the HOPE video, and thank you to Sir Paul McCartney and MPL for allowing us the use of the song "Hope of Deliverance" to use as our mobile clinic's theme song.  Also please see how a spayathon is done in our video number 2.
