In February we saw a lot of fracture cases, mostly open fractures. Many of the cases had to be admitted in the hospital due to the elaborate surgeries and post-operative care. We were able to treat a total of 182 new cases.
New cases treated by vans: A1 - 61, A2 - 57, A3 – 64; and follow up cases were: A1 – 63, A2 – 57, A3 – 48. We were able to complete treatments of 127 animals within the first week of February 2018.
A total of 76 street dogs were vaccinated against rabies. Our team did a total of 153 public interactions for rabies awareness and dog bite first aid.
