Animal care summary of March 2019
Last month in March, heat of summer, is almost started. Parvo cases are been reduced. Now,
We have been receiving calls of many stray animals suffering from various types of another illness, especially of Maggots wound in Dogs. Whenever the stray animal got open wound, many time there are chances of getting maggots in it, if properly not treated or not taken care.
Maggots is caused by a female fly, usually a blowfly, laying eggs in a festering wound, on areas of the skin that are consistently damp, or on areas of skin that are soiled by urine or feces. ... Persistent skin infections or allergies can also increase the risk of maggot infestation
Our team of Vets has started necessary treatment and care of patients as per requirement of case.
