Jivdaya Charitable Trust rendered free medical treatment and care to Sick, Injured and depressed stray animals at their local areas through our “Animal Care on Wheels” project. Aim of this project isto builds “a compassionate society where people and animals coexist”.

We have sensitized community members through the various outreach programs, one of which is running our three Mobile clinic Vans and reach people and their suffering strays on daily call basis.Recently we have come across one such case; during our field visit we have rescued a dogwith a deadly road accident from Thaltaj, Ahmedabad. The dog was run over by a car and nearly lost his hind leg. After a successful diagnosis and x-ray our clinical team found the dog had a terrible tibia fracture on his left hind leg. Thanks to our vets and staffs to save his leg through a pinning surgery (Intramedullary Pinning). 

The dog is under observation with regular bandaging, pain management, nutritious diet for its speedy recovery. Once he will get a clean bill of health, we will be able to send him back to his home.
