Dear Friends,
Two weeks ago, a dog arrived at Jivdaya Charitable Trust hospital, rescued, and attended our Mobile clinic Van near Shilaj, Ahmedabad. She was hit by a car and lying on the roadside, unable to move, and was in immense pain.
We named her Cherry because she was as sweet as the fruit only. She was the most beautiful and adorable dog that we saw. After the initial diagnosis, we found she had a femur & Tibia fracture in her left forelimb. Based on physical examination and x-ray, our team of vets fixed the broken forelimb with a splint bandage followed by the medication and care. We were surprised to see how Cherry was keeping her calm throughout the process and being extremely cooperative. After two weeks, though the bandage is still on, Cherry is being able to walk better. We are hoping that she recovers fast and join her pack very soon.
Thank you for your support, which helps us take care of these lovely furry friends like ‘Cherry’ and many more with the utmost care, treatment, and nutrition.
