“Moti”— an adult male stray dog reported near Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, with a large open wound on his shoulder. It was infested with maggots and pus, which was causing immense pain and discomfort to him. Nobody from the local crowd could tell us the reason behind his injury, but it was suspected that he met with a road accident or might be from a territorial fight. Moti’s local owner could not take him to our facility as he was a little aggressive due to the pain.
After receiving a call from the owner, our Animal Care on Wheels team rushed to the location with the necessary help. It was not easy to catch Moti and treat him, but our members took much-needed action and completed the treatment.
After a couple of days of follow-up treatment by our mobile clinic van team, Moti’s wound is healing fast, and he is having a good time with his owner and other furry friends.
Thank you all for saving many lives like adorable ‘Moti’ with love, prayer, and your kind contribution.
People like you are constantly making a change and strengthening us to fight against all odds. We are proud to have you in our family. Thank you for being kind to all these speechless lives.
