This is the year's season when dogs migrate from one area to another for mating, and most territorial fights occur during this time.
Mithoo is an aged dog who stays in a parking lot where his local owners take care of him regularly. A few days back, Mithoo was attacked by a pack of dogs from a different area and had a nasty dog bite. Due to his age, Mithoo could not fight back well, but thankfully, one of his local owners was present on the spot and saved him.
For the next two days, Muthoo was underground because of his pain and did not come out for food. On the 4th day, the resident called our ‘Animal Care on Wheels’ team for his treatment. When our team checked his wound, they found maggots inside and immediately started treating him, as sometimes, maggot wounds could be life-threatening if untreated.
Our doctor said there is nothing to worry about as the team will come for a follow-up treatment in the next 5 to 7 days. We hope Mithoo will recover rapidly and return to his regular activities.
Thank you, friends, for strengthening us with your love and support. We can only save many lives like Mithoo with your help. Thank you once again for being such amazing souls.
