‘Mili’s Tail Story:
Our Animal Care on Wheels Team received a call that a dog has been severely injured by a moving vehicle and in tremendous pain. Our team rushed to the place and saw Mili lying, bleeding and her tail and two paws are smashed.
We came to know that Mili stays near a food stall where she gets food and the owner loves Mili very much. Every day she spends her entire evening in front of the food stall with food and love. All the people who eat there regularly know Mili and pamper her. She is everyone’s favourite for her loving nature. That night when everyone left Mili curled up inside a parked car and slept. The driver did not notice Mili under the car and he started the vehicle and damaged her tail and paws. Thankfully, Mili was saved from life-threatening injuries as the vehicle was parked. The driver happens to know the food stall owner and informed him about Mili’s condition. By the time the owner reached the location it was morning, but he did not know where to go for her treatment. When he was standing next to injured Mili helplessly a passer-by saw him and give him the contact details of Jivdaya Charitable Trust. He immediately asked for help and our team took Mili to the hospital. As Mili stays alone on the road at night our doctors decided to keep her in our dog kennel under their treatment and supervision as there is a chance for her to get an infection from her injuries. After her complete recovery, Mili will go back to her old place, in front of her favourite food stall.
