Art of Living Free Schools – Gift a Smile
The Art of Living Free Schools initiative is transforming the lives of children through an approach to education that goes beyond academics, nurturing confidence, leadership, interpersonal skills, human values and inner well-being. Today, the initiative reaches 1,356 schools, 1,20,000 students and 2,745 villages, with girls representing 49% of the student community. As a new academic year began, children across Assam, Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha and Tripura received essential learning materials, helping them begin their studies with confidence and joy. The achievements of our students and alumni — from district-level boxing success and national-level robotics competitions to completing professional courses — demonstrate the lasting impact of this education. Alongside classroom learning, students actively participate in Yoga, environmental initiatives, tree-planting drives, cultural traditions and celebrations, developing a sense of health, responsibility, community and respect for nature and heritage. Through Gift a Smile, we invite individuals, CSR partners, volunteers, ambassadors and event supporters to join us in creating opportunities for children to learn, grow and realise their potential, while building a brighter and more compassionate future for generations to come.
