Thanks to the funds received through the most recent campaign carried out in July, we were able to raise US$100, which was used to support patients in vulnerable circumstances who faced difficulties traveling to the Comprehensive Care Service (SAI). With these funds, we provided transportation assistance to 10 patients who, due to financial limitations and their particular circumstances, had been unable to attend the center to receive the necessary services.
This support helped reduce one of the barriers preventing these patients from accessing care, facilitating their transportation and promoting continuity of services. Beyond the immediate financial assistance, these contributions provide an opportunity to maintain contact with patients in situations of greater vulnerability and help ensure timely access to available health services and support.
