Challenge

Young people with physical disabilities, life-limiting illnesses and mental health issues are frequently marginalized in society and in sport.

Solution

The project includes young people recovering from trauma, those with physical disabilities, life-limiting illnesses and mental health issues alongside able-bodied children and young adults. We integrate all abilities together, breaking down stigmas, and measuring success in terms of mental health gains and the physical and social inclusion of frequently marginalised youngsters.

Long-Term Impact

Long-term mental health gains, and social inclusion of those who would have otherwise been marginalized.
