Challenge

In a world that is becoming ever more complex and fragmented, forming meaningful relationships between individuals and institutions elevates community expertise and opportunities for social and economic growth and innovation.

Solution

Atlas Corps has engaged in recruiting & training skilled professionals from emerging and transitioning countries to participate in our Fellowship, which helps emerging leaders to develop their careers with fellowships in U.S.-based organizations. We provide fellows with career, competency, and leadership development, equip and sponsor them with work visas, bring them to the U.S., and embed them in organizations and a lifelong global network.

Long-Term Impact

A generation of nonprofit leaders empowered with the skills and networks to tackle the world's biggest challenges. Atlas Corps is now in a very exciting period of revisioning the future and exploring new ways of impact, and we're seeking to connect with more individuals and organizations that have a stake in communities worldwide, particularly in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Wherever you are, join us in building this purpose-driven network!
