Hello!
What is it that you look for when you hire young talented people into your teams?
This question is the one our CEO Bidjan has been asking in his recent video interview series “Atlas Corps learns from…” These five minute conversations with experienced senior leadership, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world are informing our strategy process - #AtlasCorps2025.
The answers are fascinating and inspiring: curiosity, a learning mindset, willingness to be mobile ability to leave your comfort zone, and adding diversity of experience and perspective to a team were among the answers so far.
Why are these insights so important?
It validates our emphasis on selecting young global leaders from across the globe who want to change their perspective, develop self, develop others, and lead movements as part of our global Community. These qualities are also what we look for and have found in our Fellows and virtual Scholars, including our new Class 45 Fellows, who started their service on April 25! They join our growing global community of 1,200 social change leaders from 112 countries who apply their curiousity, diverse perpectives, and creative thinking to inspire positive impact at home and abroad!
Thank you for supporting these dynamic leaders. Thank you for inspiring young professionals to thrive. Thank you for supporting Atlas Corps!
Cheers-
Abby
