Reason for Closure
Asociación Civil Madre Tierra has decided to close the “Bioconstructing Community Spaces” project because we were unable to secure the funding necessary to implement it.
During the project period, we made several efforts to identify potential funding opportunities. We submitted the project proposal to several embassies and international cooperation agencies in order to obtain the resources needed to carry out the planned activities. Unfortunately, we did not receive favorable responses or secure sufficient funding to move forward with the project.
Given that the implementation of the project depended on securing the necessary financial resources, we decided to deactivate the project on GlobalGiving.
This decision is solely due to the lack of funding and does not mean that we have abandoned the objectives or the area of work addressed by the project, which remains relevant to Asociación Civil Madre Tierra.
We are grateful to GlobalGiving for providing us with the opportunity to present and promote this project on the platform, as well as for the support provided during the time it was active.
We also hope that the closure of this project will not affect the visibility, eligibility, or fundraising opportunities of our other active projects on GlobalGiving.
