"I began to find myself and live free of violence,
because I honor the sacred that dwells in me.
On the way to my reunion, I stand firm and
my heart, strengthened, supports my walk.
Each awakening is a new opportunity.
Come, let's be fire.We will overcome the fear of loving each other sad.
Come, because today you and I will be.
And fear not pretty woman, brave woman!
Your truth will illuminate this world of evil.
I am Faith and you are Hope and together we are mothers of Love,
that fruit of the strength that we acquire with the passage of timeand that allows us to be resilient of our own living.
Remember that life does not get easier, but we get stronger.
Sometimes hitting rock bottom is the opportunityto start redoing ourselves,
and only then we give ourselves count ofhow wonderful and beautifulthat we are,
how strong we arewe convert inside and out.
Be yourself and be the best version of you.
You must always be that woman who inspires confidence,
but above all that it is transparent.Always think that we are uniqueand that no one can change.
The index finger of my right hand respondsdoing a trapeze on the 'delete' button
on the keyboard, overflowing my most intimate desires on the slope,
Perhaps that is the deadliest acrobatics of having everything and nothing,
of feeling afraid of losing the bond, but at the same time to feel the happiness of being free.
Despite having broken me,I have come back to stand strongerand courage,
now I cansmile despite adversityand I know that now they are onlyscars that make me morestrong, that were forged at the cost of tears, anguish and deep pain.
This is the moment to convince ourselves that this force has dignified,
that part of the road we have built together, contributing to the long road that we still have to walk.
It is time to understand that there is no fight that we cannot win if we are together, because the greatest revolution will always be love."
This is the story written by the 14 women who participated in this project: Belén, Daniela, Marnie, Salomé, Isabel, Alejandra,Monica, Yurani, Nathalie, Nicole, Karla, Karla C., Sandra, andStephanie. 14 women survivors of violence who, in addition to writing each one, also wrote together a final story through which they invite other women to close the cycle of violence.
