The entrepreneurial group continues to participate in the construction of the space they use to work, this allows them to have a place equipped according to the needs that arise.

Continuing with this process of professionalization, they also drew up diagrams of the steps they follow to make the pots and candles; they were trained through workshops that help them correctly determine the costs of the products and visited the facilities of the allied company En.concreto to train in the creation of new products and strengthen alliances to establish new points of sale.

The entrepreneurs took workshops that will help them determine the prices and costs of their products, in addition to training them in the use of design programs to expand the offer of their products. In addition to the above, the group worked on the remodeling of the space, specifically on the installation of light and furniture where they will be able to better organize their tools and products.

Another of the activities they focused on during this period was the development of displays and customized packaging for their products and those of the sister enterprises. During this period, the entrepreneurial group had a lot of work to do in labeling and packaging the honey, since they sent an order of honey to Mexico City, which motivates them to continue making their delicious honey and professionalizing themselves through workshops.

Regarding the self-financing groups, we share with you that we have accompanied this second cycle of the group and we have observed an excellent participation of the members, some of whom are already very close to their goal.

The members of the Guaquitepec group shared their experience and lessons learned with the community of Coquite, in Chilón thanks to alliances with organizations in the area.

El grupo emprendedor continúa participando en la construcción del espacio que utilizan para trabajar, esto les permite contar con un lugar equipado según las necesidades que surgen.

Continuando con este proceso de profesionalización también elaboran diagramas de los pasos que siguen para realizar las macetas y velas; se capacitaron mediante talleres que les ayudan a determinar correctamente los costos de los productos y visitaron las instalaciones de la empresa aliada En.concreto para capacitarse en la creación de nuevos productos y fortalecer alianzas para establecer nuevos puntos de venta.

Yo tante' (Corazón de madera)

Las emprendedoras tomaron talleres que les servirán para la determinación de precios y costos de sus productos, además de capacitarse en el uso de programas de diseño para ampliar la oferta de sus productos. En conjunto a lo anterior, el grupo trabajó en la remodelación del espacio, específicamente en la instalación de luz y equipamiento con mobiliario donde podrán organizar mejor sus herramientas y productos.

Otra de las actividades en las que se enfocaron durante este período fue en la elaboración de expositores y empaques personalizados para sus productos y los de los emprendimientos hermanos. También queremos compartirles que este grupo emprendedor se encuentra motivado ante la respuesta a sus productos, ya que durante este tiempo envió un pedido realizado en Ciudad de México.

Ajaw Chab (Señor de la Miel)

El grupo emprendedor durante este periodo tuvo bastante trabajo de etiquetado y envasado de la miel, ya que envió un pedido de mieles para Ciudad de México, lo cual los motiva para continuar elaborando su deliciosa miel y profesionalizándose a través de talleres.

Los emprendedores también se enfocaron en la remodelación del espacio, adecuándolo para las necesidades que han detectado e instalando la luz eléctrica.

Panadería Flor de Capulín

El grupo emprendedor al igual que los otros emprendimientos, durante este período se enfocó en capacitarse en talleres de determinación de precios y costos y en la remodelación de su espacio con mobiliario que les ayuda a optimizar el trabajo que realiza.

Grupos de ahorro

Respecto a los grupos de autofinanciamiento, les compartimos que hemos acompañado este segundo ciclo del grupo y hemos observado una excelente participación de las integrantes, algunas de ellas se encuentran ya muy cerca de su meta.

Este ejercicio de la práctica del ahorro es muy valioso, ya que impacta directamente en la formación de hábitos para cada integrante y su familia.

Los integrantes del grupo de Guaquitepec, compartieron su experiencia y aprendizajes con la comunidad de Coquite, en Chilón gracias a las alianzas con organizaciones de la zona.
