In northwest Syria, lots of refugee families are facing extreme hardships with limited access to nearly all their basic necessities, particularly food. Since bread is considered the main substance for Syrian families our campaign, "Bread for Life," aims to provide free bread bundles to 1,000 orphan and displaced families who are in dire need of help. With your charitable support, we also aim to enhance food security for the most vulnerable families and alleviate hunger and bring hope to IDPs.
The ongoing conflict in Syria has left millions of people displaced, forcing them into overcrowded camps with limited resources. For many families, the cost of living has skyrocketed, making it impossible to afford even the most basic foods like bread. On the contrary, the low income for people there which is not more than 2$ make it hard for them to secure their basic needs, especially bread. Without this vital substance, these families are at greater risk of malnutrition and further hardship.
Through "Bread for Life," we will distribute free bread bundles daily to 1,000 refugee families in northwest Syria for three months. Each family will receive one free bread bundle, each bundle is 1kg weight and 10 loaves. The average cost for one bundle of ten loaves is 0,5$. This campaign will reduce hunger among displaced families and increase and support food security sector in northwest Syria. Each donation will go directly toward purchasing and distributing bread to those who need it most.
Providing free bread bundles daily to these families is not only securing their daily urgent needs, but also strengthens the community by offering stability and hope. By addressing food insecurity, we help prevent the long-term effects of malnutrition, support the well-being of entire families, and contribute to supporting resilience of the displaced people in northwest Syria. Together, we can ensure that these families receive the essential support they need to survive.
