Greetings from the Care2Travel team!
We’re excited to share some fantastic news from one of the most disadvantaged after-school clubs we visit. Thanks to the support of our generous donors, we were able to purchase a laptop, a printer, and lots of cartridges—an incredible step forward for the children and staff involved in the program.
Having access to this technology is a game-changer. The carer now has the ability to print and copy essential documents—everything from school reports and registration forms to various administrative papers that are often required. This makes the everyday running of the club more efficient and professional as she won't have to make her long way to the school for printing and covering the cost of the paper and ink.
For the children, the impact is even more exciting. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, the kids are beginning to develop digital skills that are crucial in today’s world. They are learning how to use the internet safely, create email addresses, and even print their own documents. For many of them, this is their first real interaction with digital tools—and they’re embracing it with curiosity and confidence.
The printer also allows us to provide a wider range of learning materials, such as study sheets, coloring pages, and fun activities that support both education and creativity.
We are truly grateful to everyone who made this possible. It may seem like a simple addition, but for these children, having access to this kind of technology opens up new opportunities and helps build the skills they need for a brighter future.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Warm regards,
The Care2Travel Team
