World Vision has been providing solar-powered lanterns to such families. This year, a dear friend joins us to raise funds for this worthy cause. World Vision Lanka distributes solar-powered lanterns to families in need. Each lantern costs less than $10, and each has a huge impact; on studies, mobility in the dark, etc.
