1. INTRODUCTION OF CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM
Chunhui Care Home (CCH) partners with children’s welfare institutions in China to bring infants and toddlers born with life-threatening diseases and birth defects to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to provide them with the best medical care available. Working with the institutions and China’s top hospitals, CCH covers all areas of the children’s medical treatment including pre-operative check, hospitalization, surgery and other care.
2. CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM DATA
In August 2023, Chunhui Care Home Program admitted 36 children from 16 welfare institutions, providing them with professional medical treatment and the best possible follow-up care and emotional support. A total of 39 surgeries that covers 18 diseases were completed. Also, we established a new partnership with 1 welfare institutions.

3. CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM STORY
Zijun is a two-and-a-half-year-old boy. He suffers from cleft lip and palate. Two years ago, he came to Chunhui Care Home for a cleft lip repair surgery, and he came back for a cleft palate repair surgery this time.
Zijun has a really strong learning ability. A few weeks ago, he didn’t even know how to brush his teeth properly, he just swallowed down the mouthwash directly. However, under the step-by-step guidance of Chunhui Mama, he was able to brush his teeth with the correct way independently only a few days later.
Also, Zijun is resilient and shows perseverance far beyond other children. Unlike others who would cry a lot when they first arrived, Zijun adapted to the life at Chunhui Care Home very soon. The favorite thing Zijun would like to do was just sitting around our Chunhui Mamas, playing toys with them, or listening to the stories told by them.
Moreover, Zijun is a clean and tidy child. Even though he is really young, He always eat each meal by himself. After finishing all the food, he would show his empty bowl to our Chunhui Mama.
While the most precious thing is that Zijun is a grateful child. Even though he is shy to express, he would ask our Chunhui mamas to have their own meal with his gestures.
Under the good care of our Chunhui Mamas, we believe that Zijun will recover soon, and grow even stronger after surgery.
