Bring Best Medical Treatment to Orphans in China

1. INTRODUCTION OF CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM

Chunhui Care Home partners with children’s welfare institutions in China to bring infants and toddlers born with life-threatening diseases and birth defects to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to provide them with the best medical care available. Working with the institutions and China’s top hospitals, Chunhui Care Home covers all areas of the children’s medical treatment including pre-operative check, hospitalization, surgery and other care.

2. CHUNHUI CARE HOME Program DATA

From January 2023 to December 2023, Chunhui Care Home Program admitted 392 children from 85 welfare institutions, providing them with professional medical treatment and the best possible follow-up care and emotional support. A total of 304 surgeries that covers 99 diseases were completed. Also, we established a new partnership with 10 welfare institutions.

3.  CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM PROGRAM STORY

Fukangwill soon be six years old and suffers from tear duct hypoplasia.

When Zhao Mama first met Fukang, She thought he was a naughty child, but after spending some time with him, She found that he is very gentle, calm and never shouts. He also knows how to be tolerant. He can think quietly when he is alone, and he gets along well with others when he is playing with them. Recently, Zhao Mama accompanied Fukang, to the Xinhua Hospital, where he was to be operated on the next day. He was a little scared to hear about the surgery because he had undergone cleft lip and palate surgery and eye surgery a few years ago. But Zhao Mama was by his side, holding his hand, encouraging and comforting him, and in the end, he was able to actively cooperate with the doctor for the examination and underwent the surgery successfully. Even the doctors and nurses praised him as a strong and brave child.

Right now, Fukang can take the initiative to greet others when he sees them, and everyone praises him for being polite and lovable. Fukang is tenacious, the unfortunate symptoms are like a setback in his long life, and the surgery is just a test. We believe that in the sunny days ahead, Fukang will be able to grow up happily.
