Dear Valued Donors,
In the rural areas of Suran, northern Syria, where informal camps stretch across the outskirts with almost no basic living conditions, young Hala lives with her parents, her brother Hatem, and her sister Rawaa in a simple tent that barely protects them from harsh weather and difficult living conditions.
As part of our ongoing humanitarian response to support the most vulnerable families, our field teams distributed daily bread to Hala’s family—an essential need that has become increasingly difficult to secure due to the lack of income opportunities and the rising cost of living in the camps.
For this family, bread was not just food; it represented a daily source of security, easing the constant worry of how they would provide their next meal and offering the children a small sense of stability amid a reality filled with uncertainty and deprivation.
This modest intervention in form, yet profound in impact, would not have been possible without your generous support, which reaches families in need directly and creates real, tangible change in their daily lives.
We emphasize that the continuation of these bread distributions depends greatly on your ongoing generosity. Every donation becomes a loaf of bread, and every loaf is a humanitarian message that says: You are not alone.
Thank you for your compassion,
And together, we continue to stand by the families most in need.
